The steam room was also off, and when I asked another employee who returned with another guest she told me she thought it was broken but wasn't sure. I could turn it on, but they take a significant amount of time to get to temp, so I couldn't enjoy it. I then tried to use the sauna, which was off.
I ended up grabbing a larger one from the open supply closet. I then asked if I could be given a robe and was handed a very small robe that did not cover my body. However, there were no open lockers with robes. I was then directed to use any locker with a robe in it. I arrived early to use the advertised facilities and was led into the back, shown the sauna and steam room, and told that the hot tub was down. However, the facility left a lot to be desired. Both my mother-in-law had amazing massages.
